The cost depends on various aspects of the project. Typically, a design project includes tasks such as creating working drawings, selecting finishing materials, computer-based 3D interior visualization, and most importantly, the area of the space being designed.

The timeframe for completing a design project usually depends on the promptness of the client—how quickly they respond to our staff's queries, coordinate approved plans, images, and drawings with our designer. Usually, this takes 1-2 months.

After signing a contract for the design project, project cost is paid upfront. The remaining amount, as stated in the contract, is paid in the proccess of completion of all tasks.

Yes, discounts are possible. The larger the area being designed, the greater the discount. Additional discounts are provided for subsequent renovations, particularly significant discounts for Italian furniture and plumbing fixtures.

Author's supervision is needed when the client lacks the time and experience to oversee the quality of the work. During author's supervision, our designer closely monitors and, if necessary, promptly adjusts the course of construction works to match the approved design project. If the foreman or construction team have questions, the designer provides answers and, if needed, makes adjustments to the design project.

Many clients who approach our Ledidesign Architectural Bureau are unsure of their desired outcome. That's perfectly fine.
